Seven-day sourcing window.
The search period begins after the request is accepted and the $100 deposit is confirmed. If a promising lead needs a little more time, any extension is agreed with you first.
Refund if we cannot find an approved option.
If Jokers Soles cannot locate your requested shoe or an alternative you approve during the search period, the $100 sourcing deposit is refunded in full.
You approve before we purchase.
No alternative pair will be purchased without your approval. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Backing out after a qualifying match.
If Jokers Soles presents a pair that meets the agreed request criteria and you decide not to proceed, the sourcing deposit is non-refundable because the sourcing service has been performed.

Do I pay $100 just to submit the form?
No. Jokers Soles reviews the request first. If we accept it for sourcing, we send you the deposit/payment instructions.
Does the $100 get added on top of the shoe price?
No. The $100 sourcing deposit is credited in full toward the approved final purchase. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
What if you cannot find the pair?
If we cannot locate your requested shoe or an alternative you approve during the search window, your $100 deposit is refunded in full.
Will Jokers Soles buy an alternative before I approve it?
No. We present the pair and final quoted price first. No alternative pair will be purchased without your approval.
Can I send a screenshot instead of knowing the exact model?
Yes. Put whatever you know in the request, then reply to the prepared email with screenshots or reference photos.
What if I change my mind after you find a qualifying pair?
If the pair meets the agreed request criteria—or is an alternative you approved—and you choose not to proceed, the $100 sourcing deposit is nonrefundable because the sourcing work has been completed.
